What Chwalek did this week:  Chwalek broke the school record while finishing first in the 3,000-meter race at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala.  His time of 8:34.18 improved upon the school record by 0.66 seconds which was set by Zach Koehler in 2007.  He also bested his previous time by 18 seconds.
