What Follrod did this week:  Follrod broke the NKU record in the 200 meter with a time of 26.65 at the Heart of the Bluegrass Track and Field Classic, hosted by the University of Kentucky, on Saturday. The record was previously set by teammate Destany Martin during the Early Bird relays at the University of Cincinnati earlier this season.  Follrod continued to add to her day with a seventh-place finish and time of 1:00.14 in the 400 meter, marking the fastest time in the event by any Norse competitor this year.
