What Holmer did this week:  Holmer finished in 15th place in the 5000-meter race at the Indianapolis Invitational, hosted by the University of Indianapolis, on Saturday.  He topped his personal best in the event by over one minute with his time of 15:18.59.  Holmer also competed in the mile run in a personal-best time of 4:41.27, which earned him a spot in the top half of a highly competitive field.
