What Spalding did this week:  Spalding broke her own school record in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing in first place with a time of 1:04.06 at the Bellarmine Classic over the weekend.  She also finished second in the 100-meter hurdles, posting a time of 15.35 seconds for a second-place finish.  Spalding was the first leg of the 4x400 relay team, and she helped NKU finish second in the event with a time of 4:06.35.
