What Billups did this season:  After being granted a medical redshirt last year, Billups averaged 9.6 points and a team-leading 5.2 rebounds per game this season.  He played in every game for the Norse and earned 25 starts.  The sophomore from Cincinnati, Ohio, collected 155 rebounds and rejected a team-high 32 shots, including a career-high five against North Florida on Jan. 6.  BIllups set a career high in points on Nov. 23, pouring in 25 on 10-for-11 shooting from the floor to lead the Norse to a 91-86 overtime victory at Tulane.  He grabbed 12 rebounds three times during the 2013-14 season to set a personal best in that category as well.

The Student-Athlete Advisory Council honored Billups during "The Victor" awards by presenting him as the "Most Inspirational."
