What Clayton did this week: Portz shot a 36-hole total of 149 (76-73) to lead the Norse and take a share of 22nd place at the Bearcat Invitational, played at Traditions Golf Club in Hebron, Kentucky, on Monday and Tuesday. Portz's performance led the Norse to an 11th-place team finish in the event. Portz currently leads the Norse with a 72.69 stroke average across 13 rounds this fall.
