What Faulkner did last week: He scored a career-high 16 points Thursday night to lead NKU to a 59-53 win at Illinois-Springfield. Faulkner made a pair of 3-pointers in that win and was 8-for-12 at the free-throw line.

Interesting fact about Faulkner: He scored more than 2,000 career points in high school at Elliott County, and is the only player in history to earn three straight 16th Region Tournament most valuable player honors.
