What Farris did last week: She lined a run-scoring single to left field in the bottom of the seventh inning to give NKU a 3-2 win against Maryville on Saturday. Earlier in the game, Farris drove in a run with a double down the left-field line.

Interesting fact about Farris: She was named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Freshman of the Year last season after batting .315 with four home runs.
