What Maddox did last week: She posted a 25th-place finish at the Royal Cross Country Challenge in Charlotte, N.C., on Friday. Maddox completed the five-kilometer race in 18:38 to help NKU finish ninth in the 20-team field.

Up next: Maddox and her NKU teammates travel to Champaign, Ill., this week to compete in the Illini Open.
