Morgan Price tallied a goal and an assist to lead the Northern Kentucky University women's soccer team to a 4-0 victory over Kentucky Wesleyan on Friday.
Price helped to get the scoring started just eight minutes into the contest, serving a ball to
Danielle Hogue, who crossed for
Amanda Mason to score on a header - her second of the season. Price would follow up in the 84th minute to close out the scoring with her first goal of 2009.
Sarah Smith followed Mason's marker with a tally of her own in the 26th minute, picking up her own rebound off the crossbar and tallying her second score of the year.
Kelly Sullivan also notched her first goal of the season in the 53rd minute off an assist from
Ashley Warndorf.

Rachael Wood and
Stephanie Glass each made two saves to combine for the shutout.
The win pushed NKU to 3-1 on the season and 1-1 in Great Lakes Valley Conference play. The Norse are now 13-0 all-time against the Panthers, who fell to 1-2-1 on the season and 0-2 in the GLVC.
NKU returns home on Sunday to host Bellarmine in a GLVC clash. Kickoff is scheduled for noon from Town & Country Sports Complex.
