Amanda Mason scored a pair of second-half goals Sunday to lead the Northern Kentucky University women's soccer team to a 3-0 win against Lewis.
Rachael Wood collected the shutout and stopped five Lewis shots as NKU extended its winning streak to six. The 19th-ranked Norse improved to 9-1 overall, 7-1 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.

Abbey Scherer and
Kristi Hofmeyer were credited with assists on the play.
Mason extended the Norse advantage to 2-0 five minutes into the second half with an unassisted goal. She capped the scoring in the 87th minute by netting her 10th goal of the season off an assist from
Kelsey Zwergel.
Mason now has 44 career goals, which is No. 2 in NKU history.
NKU finished with a 16-9 edge in shot attempts. The Norse upped their lead in the all-time series with Lewis to 11-2-1.
NKU plays at Saint Joseph's in a GLVC contest at 5 p.m. Friday.
