NKU (7-1, 5-1 GLVC) is coming off two road conference wins last weekend. On Friday, the Norse defeated Drury 1-0 behind a goal from

Amanda Mason leveled the game in the 72nd minute with her eighth goal of the year before
Hannah Adams knocked in the winner in the 79th minute on an assist from
CG Bryant.
A WORD ABOUT WISCONSIN-PARKSIDE: The Norse will renew a heated rivalry with the Rangers on Friday. Last season, Wisconsin-Parkside took two wins and a draw from the Norse in three games. UWP scored six of the seven goals surrendered by the Norse last season.
This season, the Rangers are 5-1 overall and in the GLVC. They defeated Missouri-St. Louis 5-0 this past Friday, and Maryville 2-0 on Sunday. The Rangers are tied with NKU for second in the GLVC standings.
NKU holds the edge all-time, 10-8-3, though over the last three seasons UWP holds a 5-1-1 advantage.
A WORD ABOUT LEWIS: The Flyers enter this weekend with an overall record of 4-2-1, and a GLVC record of 4-1-1. Like Wisconsin-Parkside, they too defeated Maryville and Missouri-St. Louis this past weekend. Offense has been a struggle for Lewis thus far, having only scored seven goals in seven games.
Last season, NKU defeated the Flyers 4-0.
Amanda Mason netted two goals to lead the Norse.
Megan Frye and
CG Bryant also scored for the Norse.
NKU leads the all-time series against Lewis, 10-2-1.
BACK IN THE POLL: After a two-week absence, the Norse find themselves back in the NCAA Division II top 25. NKU came in at No. 19 this week, ahead of fellow GLVC member Quincy, who is No. 24. The top GLVC team is Bellarmine, which is slotted at No. 16.
MOVING ON UP: Senior
Amanda Mason scored two goals last weekend, which now gives her 42 for her career at NKU. That moves her into second all-time in school history. She trails Betsy Moore, who scored 70 goals to become NKU's all-time leader.
ATOP THE CONFERENCE: Amanda Mason now leads the GLVC in points with 24, good for three per game. Her eight goals are tied for the league lead, and she owns the mark with eight assists.
Stacie Volker and
Allison Ponzer each have 16 points, which are third in the league.
