THEY SAID IT

Head coach Bob Sheehan

On this weekend's road trip against ETSU and Upstate: “We are used to going on the road, so it's really nothing new now.  It has been a great group to work with, and our trips have gone really well.  We are just going to try to keep getting a little bit better each game.”

On this week's practice plans:  “We are working on the same things.  We are trying to defend a little bit better, trying to find a way to finish off goals and continuing to try to connect some passes.  We understand that East Tennessee State and USC Upstate have really nice facilities, and we are really looking forward to being able to play in those facilities.”

On the team's injuries: “That's part of the process, and injuries are a part of the game.  Really, the girls that have gone in for them have done a tremendous job, and we have been thrilled with their performances.”
