On Saturday, NKU closes out the season by hosting Florida Gulf Coast at 1 p.m. in the annual homecoming game.
FABULOUS FROSH: NKU freshman forward
Daniel Camps continued his late-season surge with 15 points and eight rebounds at Lipscomb last Friday. Camps has scored in double figures the past three games, averaging 15 points per contest. He averages 6.1 points and is shooting 49.6 percent from the field.
IN THE ATLANTIC SUN: Norse sophomore guard
Todd Johnson is No. 1 in the Atlantic Sun Conference in 3-point shooting at .430. Johnson has missed the past five games with an injury.
NKU junior guard
Jordan Jackson is ninth in the Atlantic Sun Conference in both scoring (13.8 points per game) and assists (2.8 apg). He is third in steals per game at 1.5 spg.
NKU sophomore post player
Jalen Billups is third in field-goal percentage (.566) and seventh in blocked shots (1.1 bpg).
STOP THE STREAK: NKU enters Thursday night having lost eight consecutive games. The Norse have not won since posting an 82-69 triumph against Kennesaw State on Jan. 18. NKU is 0-6 this month.
ON THE ROAD: NKU completed its road season with a 70-66 loss at Lipscomb last Friday night. The Norse finished 2-12 on the road, including 1-8 in the Atlantic Sun Conference.
The Norse's lone conference road win came at Stetson on Jan. 1, when
Jake Giesler scored a basket with 1.2 seconds left to give NKU a 67-65 overtime victory.
THE LAST TIME AGAINST STETSON: Earlier this season on Jan. 1,
Jake Giesler's follow-up basket with 1.2 seconds remaining gave NKU a 67-65 overtime win over Stetson in DeLand, Fla. Giesler grabbed an offensive rebound with time running down and followed with a layup to snap a 65-all tie and give NKU the road victory. Stetson's Willie Green missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer, sealing the win for the Norse.
Jordan Jackson scored 13 points to lead the Norse.

Tyler White each added 12 points.
Stetson built an 18-9 lead early in the first half, but NKU responded with a 14-6 run to cut the Hatter advantage to 24-23.
Deontae Cole's 3-pointer late in the first half evened the score at 30-all. The Norse scored the first six points of the second half to build a 36-30 lead and still owned a 58-55 advantage with just more than a minute remaining. Raymone Andrews, however, buried a 3-pointer to tie the game at 58-all, and both teams missed chances in the final seconds to force overtime.
NKU scored the first five points of the extra session, but Stetson battled back and tied the score at 63-all. Billups converted a pair of free throws with 1:51 left to give the Norse the lead, but Green tied the game with a short jumper. Stetson had possession of the ball with just 11.1 seconds remaining, but the Hatters turned the ball over on the inbounds pass.
White attempted a 3-pointer from the right corner that was long, but Giesler grabbed the miss and scored the winning basket. Giesler finished with seven points and seven rebounds.
THURSDAY'S PROMOTIONS: Thursday's game will be Public Safety Night Presented by Firehouse Subs. All police, fire and EMT personnel will receive free admission. The first 500 students in attendance will receive free Firehouse Subs t-shirts. In addition, $1 Select Beverages will be available throughout the game and the Homecoming Prince and Princess will be announced at halftime.
