Samantha Duwel was the first of three freshman to score her first collegiate goal, coming on a double assist from senior
Hanna Pateryn and freshman
Brianna Frondorf with 27 seconds remaining in the first half.
An unassisted goal from Frondorf extended the NKU lead before freshman
Erin Sutton rebounded a blocked shot for NKU's fifth goal in the 80th minute. She was assisted by freshman
Rachel Conaway and senior
Casey McMillan, who paired up again for the final goal of the day in the 85th minute, scored by McMillan.
