HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Northern Kentucky men's basketball takes to the road for three of its next four games starting with a 7 p.m. meeting at Morehead State in Morehead, Kentucky, on Wednesday, Nov. 30.

• Northern Kentucky dropped a hard-fought battle with NC Central, 74-82, Saturday night. NC Central went on to defeat Missouri (at Missouri), 62-52, on Monday.
• NKU and Morehead State renew their regional matchup for the ninth time. MSU leads the series record, 7-1, but the teams have split the last two meetings with the road team winning.
• The Norse have established themselves as one of the top rebounding teams in the nation, ranking 17th in rebounding margin at +9.8 and 26th in total rebounds per game (42.5).
• NKU's prowess on the boards has kept its opponents to an offensive rebounding percentage of 21.7 percent (10th in the nation according to KenPom.com), meaning Northern Kentucky has owned its defensive boards and kept opponents off the offensive glass.
• NKU has nine players who are setting foot on the collegiate basketball court for the first time this season. According to KenPom.com, the average experience for the Norse this year is 1.10 years, which is the 328th in the nation.
• In the last four games, F Drew McDonald has registered at least 20 points in each contest and recorded three double-doubles
• McDonald is tied with Horizon League Preseason Player of the Year Alec Peters from Valparaiso with three double-doubles on the year to lead the League and rank 19th nationally.
• McDonald leads NKU at 19.0 points and 8.5 rebounds per game.
• G Lavone Holland II is coming off of consecutive 20-plus point performances. He is second on the team in scoring at 14.0 points per game.
• McDonald and Holland have both scored at least 20 points in each of the last two games. No other Norse duo has reached the 20-point plateau in the same game for two games in a row since at least 2006-07.
• F Carson Williams started his freshman campaign with four-straight double-figure scoring outputs. He is now averaging 10.0 points per game.
• F Jeff Garrett has been a monster on the boards thus far this season. He's averaging a team-best 7.8 rebounds per game and secured double-digit boards in three of NKU's six outings.
