HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky.- The Northern Kentucky University men's basketball team downed Wilmington 102-54 in on Friday at BB&T Arena. Five players scored in double-digits as the Norse rolled to the exhibition win.    
 
Stat Leaders

• Dantez Walton scored 17 points, with he and Carson Williams grabbing six rebounds each to lead the Norse.
• Jalen Tate tallied three steals and two block to lead NKU.
• Mason Faulkner led the Norse with four assists.

 
First Half Summary

• The Norse jumped out to an 8-0 lead and never looked back leading by as much as 26 points in the opening stanza.
• With 6:43 left to play, Walton sparked a 9-0 run with a jumper and followed by a three.
• The Norse racked up eight steals and would score 17 points off of turnovers in the half.
• Jeff Garrett led NKU in scoring with eight points in the opening frame.
