RICHMOND, Ky. – In the finale of a three-game road swing to open the 2016-17 season, the Northern Kentucky women's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision at Eastern Kentucky Thursday evening.

"We still have a lot of individual fundamental work to do as we move through this part of the season," said head coach Bob Sheehan. "Collectively, there is substantial room for growth.
