Wright State hangs on to defeat @NKUNorseMBB, 69-67

DAYTON, Ohio –  In a matchup of the two top teams in the Horizon League, Wright State held on for a 69-67 victory over Northern Kentucky. The Raiders move to 20-8 overall and 12-3 in the Horizon League. NKU falls to 19-8 and 12-3 in league play.

TURNING POINT
  • With Wright State leading 68-65 late in the game, Lavone Holland II was fouled with 2.8 seconds left. Holland converted both free throws to get the Norse within one point. However, the Raiders knocked down a free throw, and NKU wasn't able to get another offensive possession.
