NKU has 111 student-athletes named to Horizon League Honor Roll

INDIANAPOLIS – Northern Kentucky University had 111 student-athletes named to the 2018 Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the league this afternoon.
 
This past semester, NKU's 111 honor roll members helped set a new department record 3.47 GPA. It was the 15th-straight semester that NKU's student-athletes had at least a 3.0 GPA, ninth-straight semester that they have posted at least a 3.2 GPA, and the third-straight semester above a 3.3 GPA.
 
To be eligible for the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must have participated in the most recent current season of their sport, complete three semesters as a full-time student at the same institution, and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.20.
 
The Horizon League had 1,074 student-athletes make the honor roll for the Fall 2018 semester.
