MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The Northern Kentucky men's soccer team fell to Milwaukee on the road Saturday night, 2-1. The Norse fall to 4-10-1 on the year with the result.
"Unfortunately it's another what might have been night for us," said head coach
Stu Riddle. "We just ran out of time at the end of the match after clawing ourselves back with a great finish from Alex. We're all excited to finish the season off with three home matches and playing for the pride of the program"

MATCH SUMMARY
- The Norse faced multiple shots by the Panthers to begin the game. Milwaukee took the lead in the 13th minute with a goal by Abdu Regassa.
- Outside of a shot on goal by Abdul Kooistra, Milwaukee kept control of the possession battle in the next 20 minutes.
- NKU's offense gelled more as the half came closer to its end as Greive had three shot opportunities, while Alex Willis and Connor Probert each had one.
- A few corner kicks were had by the Norse in the early stages of the second half, but nothing came of them.
- Milwaukee pushed its lead farther in the 64th minute with a goal from Vuk Latinovich.
- A newly subbed-in Godding found Greive with a pass in the 76th minute, who sent a shot into the net for NKU's only goal of the evening.
- Despite another dangerous opportunity via corner kick in the 79th minute, NKU was unable to equalize the game.
NORSE NOTES
- After missing most of the season to injury, Kooistra entered the starting lineup in tonight's match. His two shots on goal were the most by the team.
- Greive's goal is his 11th of the year.
