BRADLEY PINK MEET RESULTS: MEN | WOMEN
JENNA STRONG INVITATIONAL RESULTS: MEN + WOMEN
 
The Northern Kentucky cross country program concluded its regular season at the Bradley Pink Meet and the Jenna Strong Invitational on Friday. The squad split up between the two meets for the final competition for the Norse before the Horizon League Championships in late October.
 
THE BASICS
RESULTS: Men: 26th (714 points) | Women: 24th (549 points)

LOCATION: Newman Golf Course – Peoria, Illinois
 
NOTABLES
- In a change of pace, the NKU men took to the course first for their 8K race where they were led by standout sophomore 
Colton O'Hara who claimed 37th overall at 25:01.60. It was the fourth straight meet in which O'Hara was the top finisher for NKU.
- 
Owen Mathews (172nd, 26:30.90), 
Summit Northrup (178th, new personal best of 26:37.30) and 
Jacob Line (194th, 26:58.20) made it four Norse in the top-200 with strong showings on the day.
- 
Bryan Stoltzfus (212th, 27:45.70) completed the scoring-five for NKU while 
Jacob Messer (213th, 27:55.90) and 
Noah Pease (218th, 28:09.40) rounded out the top-seven.
- As a team, the Northern Kentucky men placed 26th with 714 points. The Norse knocked of squads from Green Bay, Lindenwood and Chicago State with the performance.
- The NKU women finished off the day with their 6K race. The Norse were led once again by 
Sophia DeLisio who came in 61st overall with a time of 22:14.30.
- 
Layla Henderson (70th, 22:22.10), 
Grace Biddle (106th, 22:44.30), 
Jacquelyn Witt (164th, 23:25.00) and 
Lauren Mang (177th, 23:32.10) made up the scoring-five for NKU as the Norse placed all five scored student-athletes in the top-177 of the race.
- 
Kaitlyn Strange (215th, 24:28.00) and 
Paige Decker (222nd, 24:39.60) rounded out the top-seven for NKU.
- As a group, the Northern Kentucky women took 24th with 549 points. The Norse finished higher than squads from Milwaukee, Murray State, IUPUI and Green Bay, among others.

LOCATION: Wilmington College – Wilmington, Ohio
 
NOTABLES
- The women got the evening started with their 5K race as 
Chloe Boa paced the Norse in 23rd overall with a time of 20:16.1
- 
Hope Erbach was just behind her to take 30th with a mark of 20:24.8.
- 
Julia Verhoff (45th, 20:45.4), 
Julia Hageman (68th, 21:24.7) and 
Yasmin Garcia (70th, 21:26.2) rounded out the scoring attack for NKU.
- Mikela Aynedijan also competed and claimed 86th overall at 21:44.1.
- The Northern Kentucky women placed eighth as a team with 213 points.
- Just 
Noah Slone and 
Logan Warth toed the line for the Norse in the men's 8K race. Slone took 195th with a time of 30:40.7 while Warth was right behind in 197th at 30:40.9, respectively.
 
NEXT UP
The Norse have officially moved into championship season as the men's and women's squads turn their full attention to the 2023 Horizon League Championships, hosted by Wright State on Saturday, October 28 at Fairborn Community Lower Park.
