PEORIA, Ill. — Northern Kentucky men's and women's cross country competed in a pair of different races on Friday, one of which being the Bradley "Pink" Classic in Illinois and the other being the JennaStrong CC Fall Classic in Wilmington, Ohio.

RESULTS: Men (BPC Red Race): 26th (715) | Women (BPC Red Race): 31st (903) | Men (Jenna Strong CC 8k): 12th (312) | Women (JennaStrong CC 5k): 4th (149)

NOTABLES - WOMEN (JENNASTRONG CC FALL CLASSIC)
- Lauren Man crossed the finish line first among the NKU runners in 15th place with a time of 19:30.9. Not far behind was Chloe Boa, who finished in 19th (19:34.0).
- Abby Slife finished 40th (20:15.8), with Emma Greely finishing 46th (20:30.5).
- Shelby Bastin, Julia Hageman and Chloe Johnson ran for Northern Kentucky as well in Wilmington.
NOTABLES - MEN (JENNASTRONG CC FALL CLASSIC)
- Noah Pease was the first Norse across the finish line in the 8k, finishing with a time of 27:21.8. Gregory Beard finished 69th, four spots behind Pease with a time of 27:32.3.
- Nicholas Costas was third on the Norse with a time of 27:57.8. Preston Winiger finished 99th (28:17.4).
- Brayden Rice, Damien Dixon, EJ Schneider and Austin Hawkins ran as well.
NOTABLES - MEN (BRADLEY "PINK" CLASSIC)
- Colton O'Hara led the men in the 8k, finishing 35th overall with a time of 24:24.29. O'Hara finished ahead of student-athletes from Kentucky, Cincinnati, Iowa, Michigan and Kansas State.
- Summit Northrup finished with a time of 25:59.26, crossing the finish line second amongst the Norse.
- Owen Mathews was next (26:04.90) followed by Samsun Weldemichael (26:20.67).
- Jacob Messer, Nathan Ruth, Bryan Stoltzfus, Robert Wilke, and Stetson Childress ran for NKU as well.
NOTABLES - WOMEN (BRADLEY "PINK" CLASSIC)
- Brittany Arnold continued her great start to her collegiate career, and was the first Norse to cross the finish line, running the 6k in 22:56.80.
- Not far behind was Grace Biddle, who finished with a time of 22:57.40.
- Kaitlyn Strange was the third to finish for NU at 23:21.90, with Macie Radcliffe fourth at 23:30.16. Julia Verhoff crossed just five seconds later.
- Allie Atchley, Carlie Condit, Hope Erbach, and Erica Durst also ran for the Norse.

- The Norse men & women will next compete at the Horizon League Championship on November 2nd in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
