HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. — Northern Kentucky volleyball snapped a six match slide on Friday night in a big way, sweeping the Oakland Golden Grizzlies 3-0 at Regents Hall.
Six Norse finished with five or more kills in the win.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- NKU raced out to a 12-1 lead in the first set, leading by as many as 14 on the way to a 25-16 win in the first set.
- A 5-0 run in set two gave NKU a 16-8 lead, before a 6-0 run gave the Norse a 25-15 victory to cap the second set.
- Dominant defense from the Norse secured the sweep with a 25-11 victory in the third set.
