Men’s Basketball wins on and off the court with important victory over Cleveland State

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – The Northern Kentucky men's basketball program got one of its biggest wins so far this season as the Norse knocked off Cleveland State, 75-73 in a Horizon League battle inside Truist Arena on Thursday night.

To go with the win on the court, Marques Warrick also posted a big victory off of it. In a special pre-game ceremony, the Lexington, Kentucky native donated over $2,000 to the Northern Kentucky University scholarship fund, which represented a dollar for every point it took to break the school's all-time scoring record. He also made a donation to the Queen City Book Bank in support of their mission to increase literacy in the Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky area.
