MILWAUKEE, WI — Northern Kentucky's men's basketball team came into Sunday in hope of a Wisconsin sweep, but trouble on the glass in Milwaukee proved to be too much to overcome as the Norse fell to the Panthers.
NKU remains in seventh place in the Horizon League despite the loss thanks to Green Bay's win over Wright State.

BOX SCORE BREAKDOWN
- Graduate guard Trey Robinson led NKU in points and rebounds in the loss, scoring 21 and grabbing eight boards. Robinson added three assists and shot 50% from the floor.
- Sam Vinson chipped in with 12 points, knocking down four of seven shot attempts.
- Randall Pettus II scored 14 off the bench for the Norse in 21 minutes.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- NKU led by as many as 11 in the first half thanks to some hot shooting. During the first 20, the Norse shot 56% from the floor and 50% from the 3PT line.
- Milwaukee roared back to take a 42-35 halftime lead.
- In the second half, NKU struggled from the field (10-29, 2-12 3PT) while the Panthers racked up second chance opportunities and converted them into 29 second chance points on the way to the win.
