RICHMOND, Ky. – Northern Kentucky University Norse Volleyball entered its third weekend of tournament play this weekend, taking on Texas-Rio Grande Valley to open EKU's Geri Polino Inviational on Friday morning. The Norse fell in three sets to the Vaqueros, and look to bounce back tomorrow.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- The Norse struggled on the attack, posting 27 attack errors in the match. UTRGV posted a higher hitting percentage in each of the three sets. 
- Sydney Bray led the Norse with 14 kills and a .290 hitting percentage. She also addes six digs. 
- Ava Hoying totaled six kills with a .188 hitting percentage. 
- Setter Abby Pickard led the Norse in assists with 30.

- Northern Kentucky takes on Akron and EKU on Saturday, with the latter being streamed on ESPN+ at 7 PM..
