Lake Lanier, GA- The women's triathlon team heads to the greater Atlanta area for the East regional on Saturday Oct 17th at Lake Lanier.  The women's team will be represented by Fallon Bright, Charlotte Cunningham, Tia Weiss, and Maggie Wilson.  Bright, Weiss and Wilson will be racing from the B wave set to begin at 8:15am EST, while Cunningham will be racing in the A wave set for 10:00am EST start.   Cunningham's A wave entry is the 1st A wave entry for any Norse triathlete in the young three-year history for the women's program.

The Lake Lanier venue will provide a very challenging rolling hills course which should suit the women's team for success.   Top 20 results at the East or West Regional will result in automatic qualification to the Women's Triathlon National Championship in 3 week's time in Tempe, AZ.   Once the regional weekend has concluded, rankings will determine the top 150 athletes who make up the A and B waves at the national championship.
