HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Northern Kentucky University Norse men's volleyball continued its gauntlet of MIVA matches on Saturday, taking on #8 Ball State, who entered the contest tied for first in the league. The Norse were swept in three sets by the nationally ranked Cardinals.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
– Northern Kentucky hit just .086 on the night, although they held Ball State to just a .187 hitting mark. The Cardinals bested the Norse in every major statistical category, including kills 35-21, and aces 8-2. 
– Griffin Wheatley was the Norse kill leader on the night, posting an attacking line of 8-4-20, while recording a pair of solo blocks. 
– Drew Palmer had five kills, four total blocks, an ace, and two assists.
– Will McElveen led the Norse in assists with 15, also recording three total blocks.
