Out of the 57 competitors, Charlotte Cunningham led the way with a 40th-place finish for the Norse, but NKU finished last out of the group of teams.

The race consisted of a 750-meter swim, an 11.8-mile bike, and a 5-kilometer run. Cunningham paced the Norse in all three events, with a time of 12:20.63 in the swim, a 37-flat in the bike, and finished off the race with a 22:57 5K for a total time of 1:13:33.
