AT NKU: Enters her first season with the Norse.

BEFORE NKU: Played three seasons at Xavier before missing all of 2012 due to injury…compiled 194 kills, 273 digs, 50 service aces and 36 total blocks for the Musketeers…set a career high with 17 digs against Texas A&M in 2011…twice had claimed 16-kill matches, most recently in 2010 at Duquesne…claimed a pair of double-doubles in the 2010 season (vs. Northeastern on Sept. 4; at UNLV on Sept. 18).

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2009 graduate of Newport Central Catholic High School…helped lead NewCath to the Kentucky state semifinals as a senior, earning all-tournament team honors for her efforts…named back-to-back 10^th Region Player of the Year…AAU All-American in 2007…Kentucky state champion in the 800-meter as a part of the NCC track team.

PERSONAL: Born March 12, 1991…daughter of Thomas and Kimi Freppon.
