 Bronze Medalist in the 4 x 400m at the 2016 Horizon League Outdoor Track and Field Championships
 

2017-18
OUTDOOR: Named to the 2018 Horizon League All-Academic Team...Took bronze in the 400m and earned All-Horizon League honors at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship posting a time of 57.19...Took bronze in the 4x400m and earned All-Horizon League honors at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship helping the Norse to a time of 3:58.61.

INDOOR: Named to the Horizon League Indoor All-Academic Team...Took bronze and earned All-Horizon League honors in the 4x400m helping the team to a time of 3:54.43 and scored points in the 400m placing fourth in a time of 57.46...Placed first in the 400m at the Fort Wayne Duals clocking in at 59.65.

HONORS: Selected to represent NKU and the Horizon League at the NCAA Student Athlete Leadership Forum in November 2017. The forum is designed by the NCAA to engage a diverse and dynamic representation of student-athletes, coaches, faculty and administrations in helping to develop leadership skills, explore the relationship between personal values, core beliefs and behavioral styles, a thorough understanding of the NCAA as a whole and the valuable role of Student-Athlete Advisory Committees.

2016-17
OUTDOOR: Named to the Horizon League Outdoor Track and Field All-Academic Team....Took gold and earned All-Horizon League Outdoor Track and Field honors at the Horizon Legue Outdoor Championship with a time of 57.03, took bronze as a member of the 4x400 team that clocked a time of 3:54.52 and took bronze as a member of the 4x100m team that posted a time of 49.27...Set a new program-record in the 400m at the Hilltopper Relays clocking in at 56.76.

INDOOR: Took bronze in the 400m earning All-Horizon League Indoor track and field honors with a time of 57.29...Took third at the Mastodon Opener in the 200m with a time of 26.47...

2015-16
OUTDOOR: Scored points at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship placing sixth in the 400m with at time of 57.00 and scored points as a member of the 4x400m team taking fourth in a time of 3:51.56.

INDOOR: Took bronze and earned All-Horizon League Indoor Track and Field honors in the 400m with a time of 57.23 and took bronze as a member of the 4x400m squad that posted a time of 3:54.14...Took second in the 400m at the UINDY Season Opener clocking in at 59.60.   

Prior to NKU: Competed for Mason High School...Ran the 200m, 400m, 4x200m and 4x400m...In 2015 took fourth at the D1 Mason in teh 200m with a time of 26.44 also placed third in the 400m with a time of 57.95...At the 2015 D1 Region 04 meet placed third in the 400m in a time of 57.18...At the OHSAA D1 State Championships placed 12th in the 400m clocking in at 57.80.
