Sullivan also competes for the women's track & field team, winning gold medals at both the 2021 Horizon League Indoor and Outdoor Championships as a member of the 4x400 team.

- Attended Anderson High School, and played soccer for head coach Andy Boyd
- As a midfielder and defender, helped her team to a 14-4-1 record
- Scored 13 goals and added 15 assists
- Led her conference in goals, assists, and points
- Named first team all-conference during her junior and senior seasons, and she also earned all-city and all-state honors during her senior year
- Also played for the Alliance Cincinnati Elite Gold soccer club for head coach Jim Calder
