Northern Kentucky University Athletics

As a childhood friend of former NKU men's basketball coach, John Brannen, and a resident of Wilder, Jon Hickman became very interested in Norse Athletics when Ken Bothof, Jeff Baldwin, and John Brannen (and subsequently Camryn Whitaker and Darrin Horn) came on board and brought with them a new attitude, which opened his eyes to the fact that we have a great university in our back yard that could use his help in whatever capacity to promote and embrace.  All of the coaches and athletes he has met along the way are top notch folks that represent NKU well.
 
During his time on the board he hopes to help continue to build the Norse Athletics brand, support Jeff and the GNF administration and network with other like-minded supporters, and raise funds to help the student athletes compete in every sport.

Jon Hickman is a Vice-President and Shareholder at Munninghoff, Lange & Company, a Covington, KY CPA firm. His primary focus is in the firm’s Business Owner Planning and Tax Assurance Services Groups, across a wide range of industries. Jon takes pride in his long-standing relationships with the firm’s clients and their other advisors, many he has known since he started at MLCO in 1995. He spends much of his time planning various forms of casualty and medical self-insurance and has presented numerous times on this topic. Jon is also integral to MLCO’s internal practice management, serving on its Executive Committee. In addition to his CPA license, Jon holds his Kentucky and Ohio Life and Health insurance licenses.
 
Jon received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky in 1995 and his MBA from Thomas More College in 2000. Along with being a member of the Go Norse Fund Board, he is the Athletic Complex Building Committee Co-Chair at Bishop Brossart High School, a member of the Golf Outing Committee at Covington Business School, and Former Treasurer and Board Member at Film Cincinnati.
