Biography

PRIOR TO NKU: Mäe recently competed with Estonia’s U20 team in U20 EuroBasket Division B in 2026. In six games in the competition, Mäe put up 11.2 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.0 steals, and 1.2 blocks in 21.1 minutes per game. He set a comp-high with 20 points against Slovakia on July 17, shooting 7-12 from the field, grabbing nine rebounds and recording four steals. Mäe also competed with Estonia in U20 EuroBasket Division B in 2025, averaging 6.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.0 assists in 13.6 minutes in six games, including a pair of games with double-digit scoring. Mäe shot 16/32 in the tournament and shot 3/5 from distance. Mäe attended Tilton School in New Hampshire, a college preparatory school where he averaged 13 points, eight rebounds, and four assists per game while shooting 49% from the field and 68% from the free throw line.
