OUTDOOR: Finished first in the 4x400m (3:36.32) and 3000s (10:08.00) at the Ohio Cherry Blossom Invitational...Set a PR in the 1500m with a time of 4:04.39...Finished seventh in the 800m with a time of 1:57.92 at the RedHawk Invitational...Set a PR at the Horizon League Championships in the 3000s with a time of 9:50.04.

INDOOR: Finished sixth and set a PR in the 3000m at the Mastodon Invitational on February 12 with a time of 9:08.76...Finished 12th and set a PR in the mile race at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 4:30.82.

CROSS COUNTRY: Set a personal-record in the 4.5m at the Golden Eagle Invitational with a time of 24:28...Set a personal-record in the 8k with a time of 27:21.3 at the Horizon League Championships.

PRIOR TO NKU: Competed at Morehead State University from 2017-2019 before joining the Norse...was a four time qualifier for the state cross country championship at Bishop Brossart...finished sixth in the state in 2015 and was eighth in 2016...earned BBHS Track Freshman of the year and most valuable runner junior and senior year in cross country.
