Karmen Graham is in her fourth year as an assistant coach at NKU. A native of Kettering, Ohio, Graham also spent two years as the top assistant coach at Armstrong Atlantic State University before taking the job at NKU in 2011.
Prior to that, she served as a graduate assistant at Ashland during the 2008-09 season.
Graham played at NKU from 2003-07 and scored 1,088 career points, which is currently 22nd in school history. As a junior, she earned honorable mention All-America accolades from the WBCA after averaging 14.3 points and 5.5 rebounds per game.
Graham was also named to the All-Great Lakes Valley Conference first team as well as the All-Great Lakes Region first team in 2005-06 as NKU posted a 27-5 record and won the GLVC Tournament championship. She helped the Norse earn NCAA Division II Tournament berths in 2004, '06 and '07.
Graham is currently No. 5 all-time in NKU history in free-throw shooting at 81.8 percent. She is 13th all-time in Norse history in field-goal percentage at .509. Graham is a 2003 graduate of Kettering Fairmont High School.
