Parker Payne enters his fifth season with the Norse, having started with the program back in 2018-19.

He joins the NKU staff after working with Dayton women's basketball for four seasons, most recently serving as the Flyers' assistant recruiting coordinator and video coordinator for the 2016-17 and 2017-18 seasons.

Prior to that, Payne was the head manager for Dayton and stayed with the team after his graduation as an operations intern. Payne served in a multitude of capacities for the Flyers during his tenure, which included preparing scouting reports and efficiency breakdowns, organizing on-campus recruiting visits and maintaining the recruiting database, coaching the practice player team, and cutting game film for scouting reports.

Payne also played on Dayton's men's club basketball team, helping the team to back-to-back regional championships and a Sweet 16 appearance at the national tournament.

Payne graduated from Dayton with a B.S. in Sport Management in 2015.
