PERSONAL: Ya Ida has played with RIG Lulea in the Swedish basketball league for the past three seasons, and recently averaged 10.2 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game in the 2024-25 campaign. She also competed for Sweden's national team at multiple youth levels, including the 2023 U16 Team at FIBA Eurobasket, where she averaged 10.9 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.4 assists and helped lead Sweden to a third-place finish. Sköld also has experience in Basketball Without Borders in both 2024 and 2025.
