Payton Naylor joins NKU for her first season as assistant soccer coach in 2019 after playing under Bob Sheehan for the last four years.
Naylor made 46 starts and played in 72 games for the Norse as a M/F from 2015-18, compiling two goals and 12 assists. She netted the game-winning goal with 15 seconds left over BIG EAST opponent Xavier on August 23, 2018, giving the Norse their first-ever win over the Musketeers. In 2017, she recorded three assists in the span of a minute and half in NKU's 7-1 win over Youngstown State.
A native of Lewis Center, Ohio, Naylor is currently taking classes toward becoming a physician assistant.
