Thomas Pazo Tourinho joined the Norse in August 2025 as assistant men's soccer coach. Tourinho has experience at many levels of American soccer, most recently as the head coach of NPSL side Duluth FC. At Duluth, Tourinho led the squad to a 6-1-1 record, a Twin Ports Cup Championship, and a Minnesota Super Cup qualification. Additionally, Tourinho served as the assistant men's soccer coach at NAIA Lindsey Wilson University since April 2022, where he received 2023 and 2024 Mid-South Conference Assistant Coach of the Year honors. Tourinho helped lead the Blue Raiders to back-to-back regular season championships in 2023 and 2024, and saw Lindsey make an NAIA Final Four in 2022, a round of 32 appearance in 2023, and a sweet sixteen appearance in 2024. At Lindsey, Tourinho was responsible for opponent analysis, set pieces, session design & implementation, and logistics. During his time at Lindsey Wilson, Tourinho was also the head coach of the Kentucky Rush U17 and U15 teams, winning both a 2023 KSSL championship and a 2023 President's Cup Championship.

Prior to his time at Lindsey, Tourinho was the Head Men's Soccer Coach at NCCAA outfit Crown College from July 2021 to April 2022, where he took a winless program to the NCCAA regional final in one season. Tourinho also served as the assistant men's soccer coach at Union Commonwealth from 2017-2020, where he helped them achieve a AAC Championship in 2019.Â
