What Windlan did this season: Windlan, a freshman from Yorktown, Ind., turned in rounds of 75-78-80 for a total of 233 to lead the Norse at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship this week. She finished in a tie for 25th place, the best finish for any NKU participant over the last two seasons. Her three-round total also marked the lowest 54-hole individual score for the Norse in their second year as a member of the conference.
For the season, Windlan led the team with a 79.14 scoring average, and she recorded one eagle and 38 birdies. She averaged 9.29 pars per round for the Norse. Windlan posted a career-high finish at the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate Oct. 14-15, tying for seventh place with rounds of 79-73 for a total score of 152.
