HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - The Northern Kentucky University volleyball team will host two important Great Lakes Valley Conference matches Oct. 9-10, with both events featuring special promotions. Dig Pink will take place on Friday, October 9th and Saturday, October 10th will be a Black Out!
Dig Pink - Friday, October 9th
On Friday, October 9th at 7:00 PM NKU will host Wisconsin-Parkside in a Dig Pink matchup. The Norse have already sold hundreds of Dig Pink t-shirts to help raise money for Breast Cancer awareness, and you can contribute as well by visiting
NKU Dig Pink at the Side-Out Foundation.
Breast cancer survivors have been invited to attend the match that evening, and Dig Pink volleyballs will also be raffled off to assist in raising funds for Breast Cancer awareness. Be sure to be at Regents Hall and help the Norse raise money to support Breast Cancer awareness and research.
Black Out - Saturday, October 10th
Defending GLVC Champion Lewis University ventures into Regents Hall on Saturday, October 10th for a 3 PM battle with the Norse. Fans are encouraged to wear black NKU apparel that day and fill the gym!
