The NKU volleyball team finished the season with a 26-6 record.

HILLSDALE, Mich. - Ashlee Crowder hammered down 15 kills and hit .433 to lead top-seeded Hillsdale (Mich.) to a 26-24, 25-21, 25-18 win over Northern Kentucky University in the NCAA Division II Midwest Region semifinals Saturday night.
Hillsdale (29-2) attacked at a .396 clip as a team to advance to the regional championship match against third-seeded Indianapolis. The eighth-ranked Chargers held NKU (26-6) to a .233 hitting percentage and pulled out close wins in the opening two sets en route to the victory.
NKU owned a 19-15 lead in the first set, but Hillsdale responded with a 4-0 run to tie the score. The teams battled back and forth until the Chargers pulled out the first-set victory on consecutive kills by Lauren Grover and Kaleigh Shuster.
Hillsdale hit .450 in the opening set, compared to .290 by NKU.
Shelby Buschur and
Sarah Drennen each slammed down 12 kills for NKU, which is ranked No. 16 in the NCAA Division II poll.
Noelle Peterson added eight kills for the Norse.

Jenna Schreiver finished with 35 assists and nine digs, while teammate
Kylee Tarantino led the defense with 15 digs.
Jenna Ruble added five kills and hit .444 for the Norse, who defeated Lewis in Friday's opening round.
