Individual game, mini-plan tickets now on sale for @NKUNorseMBB games

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Single-game and mini-plan tickets are on sale to catch the excitement of the reigning Horizon League Regular-Season Champion Northern Kentucky men's basketball team at BB&T Arena.

Single-game tickets are available for purchase through Ticketmaster. Tickets are $14 for adults and $9 for youth ages 3-17.

Two separate mini-plan packages are available as well. Vic's Six Pack allows fans to choose any six Norse basketball games for $60, while the Black & Gold Pack is good for any four games and costs just $46.

Mini plans and season tickets, which are also still available, can be purchased through Ticketmaster, or by contacting Micki Ford, Coordinator of Athletics Ticketing, at (859) 572-7848 or fordm10@nku.edu.

NKU has risen through the mid-major ranks and is laying claim as one of the most successful in the last two years, where the Norse have both a Horizon League regular-season and tournament title under their belts. Northern Kentucky has also reached the postseason in the last two years, including the NCAA tournament in 2017 and NIT in 2018.

This year, the Norse were recently tabbed to finish second in the Horizon League preseason poll. Senior Drew McDonald, a two-time first-team all-league performer and back-to-back preseason player of the year, returns to lead NKU. Jalen Tate garnered a nod on the Preseason All-Horizon League Second Team.

NKU's home schedule features 17 regular-season contests, including the KEMI Northern Kentucky Basketball Classic. UNC Asheville, Manhattan and Coastal Carolina join the Norse in the tournament. Also making the trip to BB&T Arena in the nonconference portion of the schedule is NCAA Tournament darling UMBC, which became the first No. 16-seed in NCAA Tournament history to defeat a No. 1 last March when it took out Virginia. The Retrievers and Norse take the court on Friday, Nov. 30. Miami (Ohio) and Northern Illinois come to town on Dec. 16 and 20, respectively.

Northern Kentucky hosts preseason Horizon League favorite Wright State on Friday, Jan. 11, in a primetime 7 p.m. showing set to air on ESPN2. For NKU's full schedule, please visit NKUNorse.com.
