CINCINNATI, Ohio – Northern Kentucky men's tennis dropped a 5-2 decision to IUPUI on Friday afternoon. The Norse move to 5-7 overall and 1-1 in Horizon League play while the Jaguars advance to 11-6 (1-0 Horizon).
Match Notables
- The Jaguars won the opening point by winning doubles matches on the No. 2 and 3 courts.
- IUPUI made it a 2-0 advantage with a win in No. 5 singles before Nathan Schwartz downed Sean Bailey in the second flight, 6-4, 6-1.
- Jorge Rodriguez Agudo also picked up a victory for the Norse, defeating Ethan Mardanus-Budio in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2 in No. 4 singles.
- Chris Murray had a competitive second set in No. 6 singles, dropping an extended 7-5 decision to Eric Hollingsworth.
