Dayton, Ohio - Northern Kentucky men's tennis wrapped up a two-day tournament at University of Dayton Saturday evening.

Friday

• In singles action against Xavier, Trevor Ball defeated his opponent Aaron Thompson 5-7, 7-5, (5), 1-0 (4).
• Vincent Knott also took down his Xavier opponent Dominic Macaluso, 6-3, 6-1.
• In singles action versus Dayton, three Norse came out on top, including two freshmen. Tom Berry took down his opponent 6-4, 6-2, and Vincent Knott finished 6-4, 2-6, 1-0 (4). Brandon Ponomarew defeated his foe 6-4, 6-3.
• For doubles against IUPUI, the Norse dominated their opponents with two 6-3 wins. Emilien Burnel and Santiago Casamayor defeated Sean Bailey and Nicholas Moody, and Ponomarew and Knott defeated Nathan Day and Will Thurin.

Saturday

• In singles action against IUPUI, multiple Norse earned victories which included Burnel, Berry, Ponomarew and Ball.
• In doubles play against Dayton, the lone victors for NKU were Ball and Ponomarew who took down Eric Perkowski and Erik Eliasson by a score of 6-4.
• Doubles action against Xavier saw the pair of Burnel and Casamayor and the duo of Berry and Ball each recording victories on the day.
