Men's @NKUTennis tops Eastern Illinois, 5-2 
  
Crestview Hills, Ky. – Northern Kentucky men's tennis remains undefeated on the season after beating Eastern Illinois, 5-2, Friday evening. The Norse advance to 4-0 while the Panthers drop to 2-5.
  
Match Notables    

• The doubles portion started with a 6-4 win with Emilien Burnell and Trevor Ball defeating Karan Srivastava and Pau Riera. Following suit was the No. 3 duo Jorge Rodriguez and Santiago Casamayor defeating Leighton Bradon and Charles Courteau 6-4 as well.  
• Emilien Burnell started out singles play strong with a shutout match over Daniel Hernandez. Andrew Niehaus (No. 3) followed the next completed match but fell to Karan Srivasta , 4-6, 4-6. 
• Jorge Rodriguez (No. 4) was the next completed match for the Norse, defeating Christos Kyrillou 6-0, 6-2. 
• Brandon Ponomarew (No. 2) fell to Leighton Brandon 7-6, 1-6, 6-3. 
• To clinch the team win, Anderson McDowell defeated Thomas Wallace, 6-3, 6-4.
