LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Northern Kentucky men's tennis program wrapped up competition at the ITA Ohio Valley Regionals Saturday afternoon from the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center in Louisville.

MATCH NOTABLES
Friday

• The saw one doubles duo through to the next round at the ITA Ohio Valley Regionals with Nick Nienhaus and Santiago Casamayor defeating the team of Bogdanovich and Penny from Lipscomb at 8-7 (7-2).
  • The tandem of Nienhaus and Casamayor will now take on Natan Rodrigues and Fabien Salle of Louisville on Friday, Oct. 14.
• Nienhaus continued to find success during day one of the ITA Regionals, earning a singes victory over Ball State's Nathaniel Webster 6-4, 7-6 (10-8).
  • Nienhaus will now face Ryan Mudre of Tennessee-Chattanooga tomorrow, Friday, Oct. 14.
     

Saturday

• Nick Nienhaus kept his hot streak going in single action by advancing into the round of 16 after defeating Michael Andre of Indiana by a final score of 6-3, 6-1.
• Nienhaus was ultimately downed by Fabien Salle of Louisville by a score of 6-2, 6-1.
