HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – If you are a fan of Northern Kentucky basketball you are in the right place as NKU will host five basketball games this week at Truist Arena! The men's squad will play on Thursday and Saturday while the women will take to the court on Monday, Friday and Sunday. Both teams open their Horizon League campaigns in this week's slate of contests.
MEN'S BASKETBALL

After a three-game run at the Gulf Coast Showcase down in Florida, the Norse put on an absolute show on Sunday in Truist Arena.
Behind Marques Warrick's NCAA Division I era record 45 points, the Norse knocked off visiting Tennessee Tech by an 85-7
7 margin and will look to carry the momentum over into their Horizon League openers on Thursday and Saturday.
NKU will play host to Youngstown State on Thursday at 7 PM ET and follow it with a Saturday showdown against Robert Morris at 6 PM.
Thursday's contest will be on Bally Sports Ohio (and on ESPN+ for those outside the BSOH coverage area) while Saturday's game will be available nationwide on ESPN+. Saturday's game will also feature the Teddy Bear Toss for fans, so NKU supporters will want to make sure they grab a Teddy Bear to donate to receive a free ticket to a future game.

The Norse begin the week with a non-conference bout against MAC opponent Akron on Monday, Nov. 28 inside Truist Arena. Tip off is set for 7 PM ET and it will be Kenton County Night sponsored by Mike's Carwash.
Northern Kentucky continues their loaded week by opening Horizon League play on Friday, Dec. 2 at 7 PM against the Penguins of Youngstown State in Highland Heights. YSU was picked to win the league this season in the Preseason Coaches' Poll and are currently ranked in the
CollegeInsider.com Women's Mid-Major Top 25 poll as well.
NKU will cap off the week with a Sunday afternoon tilt against fellow conference member Robert Morris inside Truist Arena on Dec. 4 at 2 PM. The Norse will see a RMU program that was picked ninth overall in the Horizon League Preseason Coaches' Poll, and additionally the Colonials are receiving votes in the latest
